Privacy Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

We built this site so you can hear when the good stuff lands, and so we can get your order to the kiosk. This page says what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you sign up: your name (optional), email address, and/or phone number.
• When you check out: your name, email, and phone (optional) for your order.
• We don't see or store your payment card details. Square processes all payments.

What we use it for

Solely to communicate upcoming baked goods availability (if you join the dough-NUT list) and to send you order notices, like order status, pickup-ready, and refunds. We will not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing.

Service providers

A few service providers help run the site, and they only see what they need to do their job: Square processes payments, TextBee and Cloudflare deliver texts and emails, and Cloudflare hosts the site and runs Turnstile bot protection. They may not use your information for their own purposes.

Cookies

• We use a cookie to remember your cart in your browser between visits.
• Cloudflare Turnstile sets its own cookie to confirm you're a person, not a bot. It is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.

Opting out

• Email: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Text: reply STOP to any text and you're opted out right away.
• You can rejoin any time.

Your information

We take reasonable precautions to keep your information safe. If you'd like a copy of what we have on you, or want it deleted, reach out to us (social links on dough-phoria.com) and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
